Dan is CEO and president of Q Market Research’s parent company, Five Star Professional, and as such, also leads Q Market Research. Prior to coming to Five Star Professional, Dan spent 15 years at Liberty Diversified International in various positions including serving as their president and COO. LDI is an international company involved in the manufacturing and marketing of paper and packaging, precision machine tools, office products, building products and permanent point of purchase displays. Dan also leads our manufacturing research practice area.
Financial Services Practice Leader
Prior to joining Q Market Research, Randy was a senior executive at Voya, with leadership positions in actuarial, strategic marketing, consumer and business-to-business research, underwriting and banking. He has lead segmentation, pricing and consumer research in financial services companies. Randy currently serves as a board member on several privately held companies.
Health Care Practice Leader
Rick is a marketing, product and branding leader in the health care field. As such, he has worked with insurers, provider groups, brokers, sales organizations and consumers around messaging, competitive landscapes, branding and product development.
Josh comes to us from Iconoculture (now Gartner), where he managed their consumer insights data, research agenda and online database, subscribed to by hundreds of Fortune 500 companies and major ad agencies. He has deep knowledge of consumer insights and consumer research methodologies, and has experience interpreting consumer behavior, values and culture in the U.S. and 17 other countries.
Market Research Analysis & Operations Manager
Utility Practice Leader Lisa manages our data analysts, survey deployment, panels and the day-to-day client interface. While a student at Bemidji State University, she worked in the college marketing and research office and championed a study on how to improve graduate placement in the private sector. She also has studied at the University of Oxford, England.
Call-Center Manager & Real Estate Practice Manager
Jonathan manages a 12-seat call center, handling 500,000 calls per year. His area is responsible for script development, data acquisition, data cleansing and data normalization, as well as CRM integration and customized client dashboard development. Jonathan has comprehensive experience in the real estate and financial services sectors.
Greg leads technology projects that simplify client data input, access and use of research data. He has expertise in electronics engineering and cloud-based solution architecture. He is a certified professional project manager.
